Kameleddine Benameur is a full time assistant professor of Accounting, College of Business Administration, Gulf University for Science and Technology. He obtained his Ph.D in Decisions Sciences, Accounting IS, from the Lebow College of Business, Drexel University, Pennsylvania, USA. He taught at the University of Quebec in Montreal from 2000-2005. He joined GUST in 2005 where he taught financial and managerial accounting, professional accounting research, auditing, accounting information systems, intermediate accounting, and other related courses. He participated in several international conferences and is a member of CAAA, DSI, IRMA and ACFAS. His research interests include Accounting, Information Systems, & Finance Training Management and Strategic Consulting. Dr. Benameur worked formerly in Canada in the Film industry where he oversaw the financing of several motion pictures with leading financial institutions such as BNP Paribas, the Royal bank of Canada and TD Canada Trust. Dr. Benameur has been involved with the community at different levels since his arrival in Kuwait in 2005.
