Abstract, Conference Proceedings & E-Journal Publication Policy

Abstract Publication

After the conference, all abstracts/proposals will be published in the abstract handbook and conference proceedings. We will also upload the abstracts on the FLE’s website.

Conference Proceedings

All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed. Papers submitted and presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to their acceptance by the review committee, immediately after the conference. Conference Proceedings will be available to view and download from FLE’s publication website.

E-Journal Publication

Papers submitted and presented at FLE Learning’s conferences will be published in FLE’s e-journals, subject to their acceptance by the editorial board member(s). These journals are published bi-annually (in Spring and Fall each year) in an electronic format.

FLE e-journals are peer-reviewed. All submitted papers go through a rigorous process to assess the quality of papers, meeting minimum standards established for a given discipline, before publication in our international academic journals.

Publication Charges

Conference Proceeding: Please note that we don’t charge any addition fee to publish your abstract and/or FULL paper in the conference proceedings.

E-Journal Publication Fee/Charges : After acceptance of the full paper for publication in any of our E-Journals, the paper will enter the production cycle and the author will be asked to pay the publication fee/charges in the sum of £73.50 per 5,000 words. If the payment is not received before the deadline (usually 5 working days from the acceptance notice), the paper will be withdrawn from the publication process. However, on receipt of the publication fee, the necessary editing and formatting corrections will be made and the author will receive the final proof of his/her article for review and/or approval to publish.

Publication Indexing Impact

Each conference proceeding will have a unique digit International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and/or International Standard Book Number (ISBN) code. All Conference Proceedings are yearly submitted for evaluation and indexing in ISI Web of Science, Web of Knowledge, Thomson Reuters, Elsevier products, SCOPUS, ProQuest, Nielson and Google Scholar.
