Dr. Sanjay Kumar Pradhan, a Ph.D holder from the school of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, (JNU) New Delhi, is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Political Science and International Relations in the school of Liberal Studies in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Raisan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. During his study and research, he was awarded with the National Eligibility Test (NET), conducted by the University Grants Commission of India (UGC) and Centrally Sponsored Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). With 12 years of Post-Ph.D. teaching experience as an Assistant Professor, he has taught the disciplines of International Relations, Political Science and Law to the Under Graduate and Post Graduate students at the University level and mentored the Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph. D. students. Having specialization in the areas of Energy Security, Geopolitics of Energy, Environmental issues and problems, Political Economy, Foreign Policy, African issues, Gender development, Peace & Conflict, and Diaspora studies, he is the author of one book, 33 Research Articles, 26 Conference papers, three chapters in edited books, five Conference Proceedings and has developed a strong interdisciplinary model for teaching and research. He has organized three national level seminars as a convener; Chaired/Co-chaired technical sessions in seven conferences; Invited as a Resources Person in five premiere institutes of national and international repute such as TERI ( The Energy and Resource Institute), New Delhi, National Defence College, New Delhi etc. During the FLE Learning Conferences at the University of Oxford (UK) and University of Cambridge (UK) in 2017, he participated as the Keynote Session Speaker and Chaired the sessions in both the conferences.
